Using the Metrics to de-silo your teams for Growth
The more you break strategy into separate components, or develop it separately, the less synergy there is in the development of it and more challenging downstream deployment becomes. That reduces potential synergy and impact. A case in point, the frequent development of marketing plans, without real-time feedback or the tracking of correlation on product usage data.

All elements of strategy should ladder up to a singular transformative vision and creating a customer by addressing unmet needs. They should work together. Synergize. Ideally, be co-developed.
